The Newsmax Oxymoron

It appears Newsmax is joining iHeart Media, Inc. in “protesting too much” about their superior ratings as the cracks in their conservative facade reveal themselves.

Why was it necessary for Newsmax’ CEO Chris Ruddy to make an unprecedented appearance on Rob Schmitt’s show to verify the network’s climbing ratings? Compared to their abysmal competition it should be expected that the only remaining, relatively conservative news network would benefit simply by comparison. “In politics you never talk down if you’re ahead.” – anon.

This was followed shortly by an ad in which Rob Schmitt proudly pronounced Newsmax was “not like everybody else,” “No spin”, “Just the facts” and “More national and international news than anyone else!”  Those claims beg an independent audit.  Anecdotally, any casual observer easily discovers Newsmax pales in comparison to Knight-Ridder News Agency in coverage of national and international news. By unanimous peer acclaim, that honor was earned by Knight-Ridder as “the only ones who got it right” on Bush’s debacles in Afghanistan and Iraq.

If you know what to look for, nanosecond neurolinguistic indicators and specific verbage can be very revealing.

In the case of Rob Schmitt’s ad, his face was so blanched white. he looked as if he’d seen a ghost. Perhaps it was his conscience telling him what he was saying wasn’t true.

In the case of CEO Chris Ruddy’s appearance on Schmitt’s show, it was Ruddy’s testimony that Rupert Murdoch is a “gentleman” and a “true conservative.”  There was an observable, pregnant pause by Ruddy – as if he expected an outburst of guffaws from the viewers. The look on Schmitt’s face was a treasure to behold.

Is Ruper Murdoch a “gentleman” and a “true conservative”? Well, Australian-born Murdoch only belatedly became a U.S. citizen to enable his considerable web of networks to satisfy the legal requirement for U.S. television ownership.

“In July 2011, Murdoch faced allegations that his companies had been regularly hacking the phones of celebrities, royalty, and public citizens. He faced police and government investigations into bribery and corruption by the British government and FBI investigations in the U.S. He resigned as director of News International on July 21, 2012”1. Hardly the behavior of a “gentleman.”

“Many of Murdoch’s papers and television channels have been accused of biased and misleading coverage to support his business interests and political allies in the UK, US, and Australia. Some have credited his influence with major political developments in the UK, US, and Australia [such as Open Borders fronted by Biden].” I wonder who he paid off to suddenly allow gambling into professional and college sports? How did that become legal all of a sudden? Hardly a conservative value. More like a morally bankrupt, economic vampire.

Soon after moving to New York City in 1974, Murdoch founded the supermarket tabloid Star and in 1976 purchased the New York Post (is there a difference?). In 2004, Murdoch moved his headquarters from Australia to the U.S. The move was designed to ensure American fund managers could purchase shares in the company since many were deciding not to buy shares in non-US companies.

Murdoch was acting CEO of Fox News from 2016 until 2019 following the resignation of Roger Ailes. The Murdoch family still owns Fox News. It appears Murdoch is he of whom Beth Ailes was referring to when she stated Fox News had taken a drastic turn to the Left after her husband left the company “repeating the same headlines every hour.” – much as Newsmax does. On Wednesday, 30 August 2023, Beth Ailes told Eric Bolling Fox News under her husband would never have fired Tucker Carlson.” She also suggested the Murdoch family, controlling shareholders of Fox’s parent company are “out of touch with Fox’s audience. I believe Rupert, the major Murdoch, and Lachlan, the minor Murdoch, do not understand America the way Roger did because they weren’t born here. They don’t have the love of country, in my opinion, that only comes from being born here.” Bolling shifted uncomfortably – physically and topically – as she was describing his and every other Newsmax’ talking heads’ employer!

Ruper Murdoch owns both Fox News and Newsmax(see: Newsmax’ Greta Van Susteren returning to CNN?” this blog site.)

Murdoch uses his wealth and vast media resources to play both sides of the political fence. He supported JFK in 1961 and Reagan in 1983.  In gratitude, Reagan waived a long-standing FCC prohibition against owning a television station and a newspaper in the same market designed to prevent media monopolies. This allowed Murdoch to continue to control The New York Post, and The Boston Herald while expanding into television.

So, he bought off Reagan to violate anti-monopoly laws and Biden to Open the Borders. Who else has he bought off? Perhaps that’s why Comer is only having an “inquiry” and taking his time despite a mountain of irrefutable, direct evidence? The Biden Crime Family couldn’t have gone unscathed for so many decades being the sole purveyors of political influence.

“You can get anything you want for money.” – Satan

On 8 May 2006, the Financial Times reported Murdoch would be hosting a fund-raiser for Senator Hillary Clinton’s Senate re-election campaign. In a 2008 interview with Walt Mossberg, Murdoch was asked whether he had “anything to do with the New York Post’s endorsement of Barack Obama in the Democrat primaries”. Without hesitation, Murdoch replied, “Yeah, he’s a rock star. It’s fantastic. I love what he is saying about education. I am anxious to meet him.”

How much did Rupert Murdoch contribute to the Clinton “Foundation” and what policies did she implement for him? What crises has he paid her to “not waste”? Was it Rupert who influenced Hillary Clinton to install a wall of silence between the CIA  and FBI regarding information on terrorist movements and activities? (see The 9/11 Commission Report

In 2011, Murdoch advocated for more open immigration policies in western nations generally. Murdoch and executives from Hewlett-Packard, Boeing, and Disney joined New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to form the Partnership for a New American Economy to advocate “for immigration reform – including a path to legal status for all illegal aliens now in the United States.  Most conservatives believe it is George Soros paying for those illegal aliens to invade our country. Perhaps it is Rupert Murdoch as well?

He has supported Republican campaigns stating “Of course I want (Romney) to win, save us from socialism, etc.” but also praised Barack ObamaWhat about a real (?) [half] black president who can properly address the racial divide?”

Murdoch suddenly called off his engagement to Ann Lesley Smith in April 2023 said to be caused by her infatuation with Fox News host Tucker Carlson, reportedly referring to him as “a messenger from God”. Carlson was fired from Fox News three weeks later with no explanation.”  – Wikipedia  [Not even Newsmax reported that!]

Rupert Murdoch is neither gentleman nor conservative. Murdoch is an amoral, corporate-cannibalistic, opportunist who skillfully -and monetarily- manipulates politicians’ agendas.  He manipulates viewers with gray propaganda. Like all the other globalists, he has no moral compass and worships only one god – the Almighty Dollar. I hope he gave Ruddy enough cashish to salve his conscience for lying to the viewing public.

Rupert Murdoch is the American version of Burisma. CEO Ruddy is Newsmax’ version of Hunter Biden

Rupert is personified in the 1976 Paddy Chayevsky movie Network as the TV Director played by Bill Burrows.

Rob Schmitt: “For rising generations, it will become a real problem at what point the policies you are ordered to carry out have become so iniquitous that a decent man must seek some other profession.” – C. S. Lewis.
