Elective Despotism: The DNC Is in a State of Rebellion

Our government under DNC control

“We have now reached a period when everything valuable in the Constitution and in government as formed by our Fathers is brought into peril.  A temporary Party majority, having complete sway over the legislative bodies, discards all standards and acts its own pleasure as absolutely as if it were a revolutionary convention; and deems everything legitimate which can serve its Party aims.” – Samuel J. Tilden: Arraignment of the Republican Party, March 14, 1868; Annals Vol. 10, p. 124

Tilden is referring to the post-Civil War Republican Party’s attempt to disenfranchise 3 million Southern whites and ensure party monopoly by replacing them with the votes of 4.5 million, newly emancipated black voters.  Today its just the reverse – Democrats are “a temporary majority” and are “discarding all standards.”

Another congressman felt the same way: “We find ourselves almost in the midst of another rebellion.  There is an attempt to concentrate the power of the government in the hands of a few, and thereby bring about consolidation which is equally dangerous and objectionable.  We find that powers are assumed and attempted to be exercised of a most extraordinary character.  We find that governments can be revolutionized, can be changed without going into the battlefield…..  By an irresponsible central directory, nearly all the powers of government are assumed.  And by resolution, that principle in the Constitution which authorizes and empowers each branch of Congress to be judges of the election and qualification of its own members has been virtually taken away from those departments and conferred upon a committee.” – Andrew Johnson: Against the Radical Republicans, February 22, 1866; Annals Vol. 10, p. 9

The DNC has far surpassed the line of partisan politics into a state of rebellion against the United States as surely as when they fired on Ft. Sumter. In the words of President John F. Kennedy, the DNC’s war is “…a different kind of war, new in its intensity, ancient in its origin – war by guerrillas, subversives, insurgents, assassins, war by ambush instead of by combat; by infiltration, instead of aggression, seeking victory by eroding and exhausting the enemy instead of engaging him.” – John F. Kennedy: Introduction to Special Forces Operations Training Manual, 1962.

The DNC is in rebellion by:

  1. Establishing “new electoral bodies” – “nationalizing elections” in contradiction of the Constitutional process.
  2. Denying legitimately elected officials their seats for expressing their political opinions in violation of the First Amendment
  3. Undermining repeated judicial confirmation of the Second Amendment.
  4. Attacking the electoral process by:
    • massive ballot box stuffing of unqualified voters
    • massive attempts to eliminate voter eligibility rules
    • changing electoral laws to facilitate fraud
  5. Encouraging massive illegal immigration while actively preventing the enforcement of the law on the border.
  6. Attacking the American Cultural Narrative through historical revisionism through the Department of Education and the Teachers’ Unions.
  7. Entering into foreign negotiations to the detriment of American national security.
  8. Weaponizing healthcare to the detriment of the national economy.
  9. Violating civil rights and enslavement of the American people through extra legal executive orders – creating American gulags.
  10. Weaponizing federal agencies against American citizens for expressing and exercising their First and Second Amendment rights.

All of these qualify as “high crimes and treason.”

Abraham Lincoln recognized how the Democrats used the constitution against the United States during the Civil War to undermine the Union:

“It undoubtedly was a well-pondered reliance with them that in their own unrestricted effort to destroy the Union, Constitution, and law all together, the government would be restrained by the same Constitution and law.  Their sympathizers pervaded all departments of the government and nearly all communities of the people.  Under cover of “liberty of speech,” “liberty of the press,” and “habeas corpus,” they hoped to keep among us a most efficient corps of spies, informers, suppliers, and aiders and abettors of their cause in a thousand ways.  They knew that in times such as they were inaugurating, by the Constitution itself the “habeas corpus” might be suspended; but they also knew they had friends who would make a question as to who was to suspend it; meanwhile their spies and others might remain at large to help on their cause.”

The provision of the Constitution that “the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended unless when, in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it.  The provision plainly attests the understanding of those who made the Constitution that ordinary courts of justice are inadequate to cases of rebellion.”  – Abraham Lincoln:  Habeas Corpus in Time of Rebellion; June 12, 1863; Annals Vol. 9, p. 425

The GOP is rubbing their hands eagerly anticipating an electoral tidal wave restoring them to power in 2022.  Based on what?  The polls?  They had the same delusion in the last presidential campaign.  One of the main premises of an insurgency is to use the same tactics as long as they are successful.  Rather than salivating over a wished for return to power, the GOP needs to ensure the machinery for the last fraudulent election has been disassembled.  I have seen or heard nothing indicating that has been done. McConnell and the GOP leadership refuse to acknowledge there was massive fraud If you refuse to recognize the threat, it has a free hand to repeat past successes.  The GOP should invest the same amount of energy, money and resources into cleaning up the East and West coast election processes as they do in getting reelected.

If the GOP doesn’t have the political will to sanitize the ballot box utilizing their counterparts to George Soros, I don’t anticipate a sea change occurring in the next election.
