If the following isn’t an impeachable offense of High Crimes and Misdemeanors then there is no such thing:
If weaponizing the IRS, FBI, DHS, Wall Street, Banks, and bribing State governors against the constitutional rights of American citizens hasn’t reached Orwellian levels already, add the use of the active duty military. I’m not talking about the feckless National Guard that fortified OUR national capital against those who paid for its’ construction. I’m speaking of the active duty military’s intelligence gathering on Americans participating in the recent American Truckers’ Convoy.
Both political Parties are quick to claim the (false) illegality of sending real combat troops to the U.S. / Mexican border to restore order. That is an intentional misinterpretation of the Posse Comitatus Act – one that neither President Wilson nor President Reagan interpreted as such. And both secured our international border by doing so.
But Biden and his Congress have been caught willfully violating that legitimate exclusion of using active duty military against United States citizens during the American Truckers’ Convoy. The national asset used is called “Compass Call” devloped by L3 Technologies. It is a highly classified (the fact it exists is not classified, only its “sources and methods”) Air Force Signal Intelligence EC-130H platform “modified to disrupt enemy command and control communications, perform offensive counterinformation operations, and carry out other kinds of electronic attack.” As of September 2017, L3 Technologies is disguising the Compass Call platform as a Gulfstream G550 business jet. Why would they do that? Disguising it as a civilian platform violates the Geneva Convention if used for it’s intended purpose against our foreign enemies. There are fourteen of the EC-130H platforms in the Air Force. I doubt if this is the first use of them against American citizens. Just the first one caught. [NOTE: “counterinformation operations” is the military’s euphemism for “Black Propaganda – total lies; as noted in the Hawaii incident.”]
In the 1990s, during a military exercise in the Pacific, an Electronic Warfare officer aboard a Compass Call “inadvertently” overpowered a Hawaiian TV station panicking viewers with a false news alert video of a “Coup” against the Hawaiian governors’ mansion. It may, in fact, have been a rehearsal. Imagine what that platform could do during a national election.
Someone ordered this national asset, SIGINT attack platform to fly over the Trucker Convoy during its trip across America intercepting and recording their conversations. (see above photos). According to law, only the FBI is legally authorized to collect intelligence on American citizens – and that’s with a warrant based on specific probable cause. The Obama / Biden FBI’s recent abuse of a FISA court – and the hand picked judge who abetted them – is well known. Once the gate to violating the civil rights of U.S. citizens is swung open, closing it becomes nearly impossible and allows even more egregious violations to occur – ergo the use of active duty military assets (who knows what other agency or asset was used?) collecting personal conversations of Americans peacefully exercising their First Amendment rights.
The order to use this had to come from the highest authority – at a minimum from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon. He should be investigated by Congress and court-martialed out of the military. So should his boss for issuing the order.
Contact your Congressman and demand an investigation. Your freedom literally depends on it.
[NOTE: This is the kind of asset that could be of immeasurable use to the Ukrainian people. It doesn’t even have to fly within Ukraine’s air space to disrupt Russian military operations. Lack of its’ use indicates to me Biden’s agenda to see Ukraine damned by faint support.]
