Epstein Files: Why They Need Releasing

Epstein’s “Friends”

In a court of law, testimony pertaining to a person’s nature, disposition or temperament is allowed into evidence to support or refute the defense of an accused or the testimony of a witness when “it goes to character, your Honor!”

Anyone who watches Law & Order knows that.

Character is relevant in court because it denotes someone’s ethical strength, honesty, and integrity.

Releasing the Epstein files is not just to ensure justice for the underage “victims” (see: Epstein’s Island: Is that Wrong? this site dated 2019/09/15)

It’s also not just to punish the wealthy, highly positioned politicians, judges, and public figures for statutory rape – as justified as that is. If predators like Epstein’s friends and customers  aren’t punished it only encourages further predation by the same offenders and other less “esteemed” perverts – much the same as Presidential pardons do.

It is also not to satisfy the prurient interest of a salacious, sensation-seeking public. (see: the Gutfield tv show)

Just as important as the reasons above, releasing the Epstein files “goes to character” of Epstein’s friends and clients in the Court of Public Opinion.

For any government to be legitimate in the eyes of its electorate, their representatives have to be persons of good character and integrity – as oxymoronic as that seems in an institution whose members barter both Principles away under the rubric of “compromise” on a daily basis.

Our Founding Fathers and philosophers throughout Time have been very clear on this: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” – John Adams

Trump’s feckless defense “If the Biden administration had anything in the Epstein files on him they would have used it a long time ago” – like many of his absolutist opinions – is not absolute.

Not having “anything on him” is just one option. Option B is the Biden’s and the Dems didn’t release the Epstein files because it is just as damaging to the Biden Crime Family as it is to the Trump Monarchy.

After all, when it comes to philandering, Hunter Biden is just a younger version of Donald Trump. There’s an abundance of public evidence proving that – with the exception I don’t recall Hunter Biden calling Epstein a “good friend for years.”

And, if you ask the “Big Guy’s” daughter, Joe Biden may be worse than both of them.

When it comes to morality, neither Political Party is renowned for integrity – sexual or otherwise.

“Any system is inherently unstable that has no peaceful means to legitimize its leaders. The very repressiveness of the State ultimately compels the people to resist it – by force if necessary.
If history teaches us anything, it teaches us self-delusion in the face of unpleasant facts is folly.” – Ronald Reagan, June 8, 1982.

“Today in America there is only one political Party – the Banker’s Party.” – Charles E. Coughlin, Money Changers in the Temple, June 19, 1936

With “friends,” sharing is caring. (see: the Frank -Dodd Act)

Nothing circles the wagons of the UniParty faster than preserving the halls of the “Honorable” institution from scandal. That’s why they have a bi-partisan slush fund to pay for lawsuits.

Exposing “the Emperor has no clothes” (literally) is not a “distraction.”

It’s a public responsibility.

It goes to character.
