I’m asking all who are as nauseated as I am at the pro-Hamas demonstrations in the United States to stand by Israel today. Here’s how:
Christians United for Israel; cufi.org I’ve long supported our Abrahamic cousins of the Tribe of Israel my entire life. I’ve obtained membership several years consecutively mainly to obtain the cool lapel pins displaying the American and Israeli flag joined in unity. I’ve put them on three of my five motorcycle pouches (time to renew to get some more) and had it embroidered on the top of the back of my motorcycle jacket above the embroidered inscription “Against all enemies foreign and domestic“. I believe Israel feels the same way. As a Mormon I’ve experienced religious bigotry from the most surprising sources. What religious bigots in American history have done to Mormons (Missouri Gov. Lilburn Boggs extermination order) pales in comparison to the crimes against humanity committed for centuries against the Jews. Those who call Jews “Christ-killers” are talking through their fourth point of contact (a paratrooper phrase) and don’t fully understand either the scriptures or Christ’s teachings. Those misinformed bigots are as bad as the Muslims who hate all non-Muslims.
Join Christians United for Israel (CUFI) to stand against religious bigotry and support Israel in these latter days. Proudly wear the U.S./Israel lapel pin as a loud and clear statement that Israel has a right to exist and enjoy Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness as much as any other child of God.
