Trump’s Illegal Gold Visa Rooted In Corruption
Trump does not have the legal authority to issue his self-idolizing “Gold Card.” By federal law, only Congress can create immigration law and authorize the State Department to issue documents allowing legal entry into and U.S. citizenship. Trump is violating federal law and selling out native-born citizens by copying EU’s corrupt Gold Passport and Visa schemes to the highest foreign bidders – at a time when most Americans believe immigration should be paused completely.
Has anyone even seen or read Trump’s specifics on how he plans to collect the money and how it is to be “given to Congress?” Congressmen don’t even have to profit off insider trading anymore – they just get their payola directly from Trump and his wealthy overseas business partners-in-crime.
Trump’s Gold Card is like Pelosi’s “you have to pass the bill to know what’s in it.”
Among a myriad of other reasons, Trump should be impeached for this “Treason and High Crime.”

Aside from the illegality, Trump’s elitism is supplanting the legal immigration system by allowing the rich to cut to the front of the line while the less fortunate – and law abiding – applicants wait in line.
What’s the difference between the 12 million illegals Biden allowed to invade America and Trump’s wealthy elite buying their way to the front of the line? Basically, BRIBERY.
Additionally, anyone who can afford Trump’s million dollar bribe can certainly afford to pay for the highest quality counterfeit bona fides to qualify for the Gold Card.
Just as the Biden administration never vetted his illegals, Trump’s “vetting” process will be greased with a substantial bribe from the corrupt (and often criminal) wealthy.
There is plenty of precedent found occurring in the European Union:

On February 14, 2023, Ireland announced the end of its Golden Visa scheme.
On February 16, 2023, Portugal announced the end of its Golden Visa scheme as part of a housing reform package.
Trump’s Gold Card will only further inflate the housing market where 75% of homes are not “Affordable”
Just like Tariffs enrich the CEOs and manufacturers but increase costs for the consumer.
On March 24,, 2022, Bulgaria announced the end of its Golden Passport scheme.
On March 28, 2022, the European Commission issued a recommendation urging Member States to act against Golden Passport and Visa schemes, and to take immediate steps regarding issuing them in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
What are Golden Passports and Golden Visas?
Around the world, many countries offer investors an opportunity to acquire residency and, eventually, citizenship. In some places, often where schemes were established in the aftermath of the the 2008 financial crisis, the route to residency and citizenship is far too quick and devoid of checks [vetting].
The qualifying requirement is a large and passive form of investment – for example, in luxury property, a national development fund or shares in an existing company [“shell” companies for money laundering? a crime Trump has repeatedly pardoned?]

The Mainstream Media has repeatedly warned America of Trump’s behind-the-scenes self enrichment with such corrupt business practices as monetary motivated, political fellatio on communist Russian president Putin (see: Trump Tower: Moscow), pardoning the Bitcoin president who made Trump’s “sons” richer by multi-millions of dollars, and hosting corruption-ridden FIFA World Cup finals.
The MAGA Media has turned a blind eye to Trump’s corruption – the same way Mainstream Media ignored Biden’s “Big Guy” corruption and senility.
The “Uni-Media” is the propaganda tool of the “Uni-Party.”
In my opinion, when the Dems regain the majority in 2026, they will have plenty of legitimate reasons to impeach the Tariff-loving, “Bitcoin,” Putin-loving, Criminal-pardoning, Golden Visa traitor named Donald J. Trump
– and I’m an Independent conservative!
Perhaps if the Republican majority pulled their collective heads out of Trump’s ass and put a stop to his corruption and usurpation of the Constitution, maybe they’d have a chance of maintaining the 2026 majority.
But that kind of backbone has almost never been possessed or exhibited within those “hallowed” halls.
So, stand by for another agonizing political civil war.
