United States Supreme Court (of Public Opinion)
IN RE: Trump v. Taylor Greene
Treason Against the United States
FACTS:
Plaintiff, President Donald R. Trump, accused Defendant Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor-Greene of the capital offense of Treason against the United States.
ISSUES:
- Trump lied to avoid military service during a time of war. There is no middle ground for patriotism in time of war. When a U.S. citizen who has grown up receiving the blessings of liberty lies to avoid military service during a war he is aiding and abetting the enemy. This act alone makes President Trump not only a traitor but a coward and a hypocrite of monumental proportions.
- Trump has bragged for decades about his “Great” personal friend Russian president Putin. Putin is a former KGB operator who conducted espionage against the United States while assigned to the Russian “diplomatic” mission in East Germany.
– Putin has blatantly and arbitrarily violated several international laws including the 1994 Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances signed by Ukraine, Russia, the U.S. and the U.K. in which Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons in exchange for assurances from all signatories to respect Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty, and existing borders and to refrain from using force or economic coercion against it.
– Putin is a communist whose ideology proclaims the impossibility of Western democracy and communism co-existing; and that Western democracy will be eventually destroyed by world Socialism.
– President Trump has had a close, personal business relationship with not only a criminal foreign national but the leader of a communist country for decades beginning with locating the Miss America pageant in Moscow in 2013 and plans for a Trump Tower: Moscow ending only a month before his first election to the presidency of the United States.
– President Trump continues his “Great” personal and business relationship with Putin even after Putin had been adjudicated and convicted as a war criminal by the International World Court. - President Trump has a business relationship with the leader of the Chinese Communist Party Xi through Trump’s daughter hosting Xi at his estate Mar a Lago the very day after his first election to facilitate his daughter’s China market monopoly for her designer products. Monopolies are a violation of the Fair Trade Act.
- President Trump had a close, decades-long personal relationship with a convicted pedophile and has abused his authority as President of the United States in attempting to conceal that relationship. Trump’s attempts to cower several members of congress into retracting their efforts to reveal the extent of the Epstein investigation is tantamount to illegal interference of a potential criminal investigation.
- President Trump’s covert and overt attempts to prevent discovery of this very public relationship are reminiscent of the egregious violations of the Nixon and Clinton administrations.
- Any one of these these relationships more than meets the criteria for denying President Trump the requisite Top Secret security clearance for any high-level government job much less the presidency of the United States on the grounds of Moral Turpitude.*
- President Trump has pardoned dozens of lawfully convicted criminals guilty of defrauding the U.S. taxpayers and investors of hundreds of millions of dollars. President Trump has commuted the life sentence of a unanimously convicted drug cartel leader and appointed her as “Pardon Czar.”
- President Trump is selling citizenship in the United States for five million dollars in direct violation of Federal law.
- By the above pardons, promotion of a convicted drug cartel leader to high government office Trump continues undermining Equal Justice Under the Law. President Trump’s subterfuge of America’s criminal justice system is not only Moral Turpitude but grounds for impeachment.
- There has been no evidence submitted to this Court by Plaintiff Trump of treasonous acts committed by the Defendant Marjorie Taylor-Greene.
- On the contrary, Defendant Taylor-Greene has simply ensured legitimate grievances of victims are addressed. That is her sworn duty as an elected representative of the people.
FINDINGS:
- The Court finds against the Plaintiff President Donald J. Trump on all charges. Plaintiff Trump’s complaint is without one scintilla of merit and dismissed with extreme prejudice.
- The Court also finds President Trump guilty of libel and slander against the Defendant.
- This Court awards Defendant Marjorie Taylor-Greene Five Billion dollars in actual damages and Twenty Billion dollars in punitive damages.
- Plaintiff Trump to pay court costs, both attorneys’ fees, and issue a Public Apology to this Court – the people of the United States whom he serves.
Concurring Opinion:
- Unlike Socialist and oligarchic dictatorships, in the Constitutional Republic of the United States every citizen has the right to express their opinion and this Court has affirmed that principle repeatedly since the birth of our Nation. It would be the ultimate Orwellian act of any judicial venue to grant Plaintiff Trump’s accusation of treason against Taylor-Greene. Expressing one’s opinion in this country is neither Treason nor morally repugnant. It is a duty of every enlightened citizen.
- It is a freedom specifically guaranteed in the First Amendment for the very purpose of which this case is being heard by this Court – especially and particularly when the powers of government act illegally to suppress it. (see: New York Times Co. v. United States (1971)
- For the President of the United States to publicly accuse anyone – much less an elected representative of the people – of treason for expressing their opinion is an egregious abuse of power and cannot but create a chilling effect on lawful dissent in a Republic founded upon the most basic principle of Inalienable Rights.
- This Court finds Plaintiff Trump clearly projecting his own guilty conscience onto another innocent person in a feeble (and very inarticulate) attempt to distract this Court from his own very real illegal and immoral conduct.
“Criticism is more than a Right. It is an act of Patriotism. A higher form of patriotism than the familiar rituals of national adulation.” – J. William Fulbright, The Arrogance of Power, May 15, 1966; Annals of America, Vol. 18; p. 362
Dissenting Opinion:
- This Justice finds the reversal of loyalty from one MAGA member against the leader of MAGA amusing but not surprising.
- It was bound to happen as it always does when the masses are betrayed by their demagogic hero and they come to their senses.
- The Plaintiff, Donald J. Trump, has made it crystal clear he believes the Presidency of the United States belongs to him as a birthright.
- More than any other president in America’s history, Trump believes being president means he has the authority to control free speech. There is precedent for this interpretation by his predecessor Joe Biden.
Having thus established precedent, Trump is entirely within his scope of authority in declaring Taylor-Greene a traitor to her country. - Considering how myopically loyal Taylor-Greene has been to Trump – even surpassing him in espousing sensational rhetoric beyond both Reason and Truth – it therefore is in fact traitorous for a sycophant to “strike at the King’s head.”
- This Justice is cognizant Taylor-Greene’s neurotic support of such odd and fantastic conspiracies may be the result of having being born in the same city as Georgia’s mental hospital.
* Moral turpitude refers to a quality of dishonesty or a depraved act that violates the community’s accepted moral standards, often involving willful intent, baseness, or wickedness. This legal concept is used to evaluate criminal offenses and can lead to consequences such as deportation, disbarment, or impeachment of a witness’s testimony.
Examples include:
- Fraud against revenue or other government functions
- Drug offenses
- Tax evasion(willful)
- “Statutory rape” by virtue of the victim’s age)
- Being an accessory (before or after the fact) in the commission of a crime deemed to involve moral turpitude (i.e. knowing of and failing to report Epstein’s pedophilia)
President Trump has pardoned or commuted sentences of dozens of persons convicted of all the above offenses with the irrational rationale of “an unjust Justice system.”
Another example of Presidential projection.
