Tonight on Newsmax I watched a tape of Chloe Cole, a 19-year old, beautiful young woman testifying before a congressional committee about the horrible things medical doctors in America did to her to change her gender. Her final statement was “I look in the mirror…and I see a monster.”
The Chris Plante Primetime panel members reacted with such aplomb, such non-emotion for the atrocities committed against Chloe I was stunned. If there was any humanity in any member of that panel Chloe’s testimony should have been followed by…silence. Respectful, heartbroken silence. I don’t know how any of them retained their composure. I didn’t.
The crimes committed against Chloe created a depth of sorrow in my soul I haven’t felt since I was a young boy watching black and white films of the liberation of Nazi concentration camps on Walter Cronkite’s show “This Is Your War.” Those scenes were indelibly imprinted on my consciousness for the rest of my life. It sensitized me to the cruelty one human can inflict on another. It triggered in me a visceral hatred of bullies – of which I encountered many in life. It culminated in me becoming a Green Beret believing in the motto “De Oppresso Liber,” feeling drawn to a truly noble cause that would perhaps help prevent another holocaust from happening.
I never in my life imagined that holocaust would occur in the land of my birth. What those American doctors did to Chloe and are still doing to thousands of our children is no different than what Doctor Mengele, the “Angel of Death,” did to hundreds of thousands of Jews and others imprisoned in those extermination camps. Mengele and other Nazis were convicted of crimes against humanity and hung for what they did. So should every doctor performing transgender procedures on our youth.
It is proof of the moral bankruptcy of our society that, not only do we allow the killing of babies with heartbeats in the womb – even those post birth, but those most trusted with our lives, those who’ve taken the Hippocratic Oath “I will do no harm!” are the ones now committing the genocide of the souls of our youth.
It is proof of the moral bankruptcy of our elected officials who did not immediately put an end to this mass murder of identities and innocence. It is proof of the pervasive and corrosive influence of the Health Industry’s lobbying influence that politicians have not reacted with swift and effective retribution against those committing this unconscionable nightmare. They have failed not only our vulnerable youth but their parents whose apparent lack of a moral compass needed a North seeking arrow not threats of impending doom.
Have you no shame? Have you no conscience? There is a special place in Hell for all of you.
There are some things I know. I hope they may be of comfort to Chloe and her suffering companions:
God will not be mocked. History is replete with examples of the innocent suffering at the hands of the wicked. God allows such suffering to occur as a testimony against the wicked at the Day of Judgment. Their punishment then will be swift and sure. The oppressed will be received into the bosom of Christ and redeemed with eternal joy and glory.
This life is not all there is. Our Heavenly Father’s Plan includes a resurrection in which our spirits will be united with our bodies becoming perfected beings to live eternally with our Father in Heaven. The resurrection of Jesus Christ was an example of this. Keep an eternal perspective in mind and remember this Life is but the wink of an eye in the eternal scheme of things. Have and keep faith in this for it is the only hope that will maintain us through this last wicked dispensation of time.
God knows each and every one of us by name. Each of us are his literal children. He loves each one of us. It is for each one of us that he sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to die for all our sins. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have a love for each of us that surpasses all sin. Wrongs committed against us, imperfections performed on us in this Life will be corrected in the next. We will see our Savior with a perfect body.
God knows our minds and our hearts. He knows who is guilty and who is innocent. He has promised that those who treat his children cruelly “it would be better for them that a millstone be hanged around their necks and drowned in the depths of the sea.”
“The darkest places in Hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis.” – Dante Alighieri, Inferno
“How long? O Lord? – Psalms 13:1-2.
Dear Chloe,
“When the day is long and the night, the
night is yours alone,
When you’re sure you’ve had enough of
this life, well, hang on!
Don’t let yourself go, everybody cries and everybody hurts sometimes.
If you feel like letting go – hang on!
When you think you’ve had too much of this life, hang on!
Take comfort in your friends,
If you feel like you’re alone, no, no, no, you are not alone!
Hang on! – R.E.M.,
