“Jalal al- Din Muhammad Rumi (September 30, 1207 – December 17, 1273) wrote The Mathnawi (or Masnavi) as a Persian version of the Quran between the years 1258 until his death in 1273.

He deals with the issues that occupy humanity in a realistic style far from fallacy and idle talk [see: Paid Clergy].
He asks the right questions, concerns himself with real matters and produces solutions. It is for this reason that the Mathnawi never loses its significance and meaning within our lives. It is [one] ring of an unbreakable chain.
