If you ever entertained the idea the U.S. military would rise up and defend American citizens against violations of our constitutional rights listen to the Sierra Vista, Arizona radio station K101.7 commercial by the Ft. Huachuca garrison commander. Colonel Rambo (yes, that’s the name but I couldn’t tell if it’s a he or she by the voice) has ordered everyone on Ft. Huachuca to wear masks because the United Nations and the World Health Organization “recommends” it. To anyone in the military, a “recommendation” by someone in your chain of command is the same thing as an order. Col. Rambo’s boss must be the Secretary General of the United Nations because that’s exactly what he did – saluted and stepped out smartly. How many other U.S. military commanders follow orders from the United Nations?
There are two things wrong with this picture: 1. according to the Subject Matter Experts, wearing a mask won’t mitigate catching the flu. Neither has “social distancing” (the “safe place” for hypochondriacs). Is Colonel Rambo going to order everyone to wear GoPros as well? How about ordering the women wearing veils and hajibs? 2. Despite a lot of opinions to the contrary (maybe Col. Rambo’s?) the Secretary General of the United Nations is not in Colonel Rambo’s chain of command – never has been, never (scratch that!). I have to wonder if Colonel Rambo has ever operated in a hostile environment under U.N. command. I have. In Mogadishu, October 1993. If he has he was either intentionally blind to its dangerously liberal, bureaucratic incompetence or accepted it as the new norm. Frightening either way.
Especially since Mogadishu every U.S. administrations’ policy has explicitly been not to be placed under U.N. command. That includes the present administration of President Donald Trump who is in Colonel Rambo’s chain of command – in fact, President Trump is the commander-in-chief of all U.S. military forces. That makes him Colonel Rambo’s commander – not the U.N. Secretary General. One has to wonder where a commander’s loyalty lies when he executes orders from a foreign authority when his legal commander is very publicly against subverting our national authority and destiny to the United Nations. It goes to show how pervasive and invidious the “New World Order” has permeated our military. Colonel Rambo’s commander-in-chief has not mandated everyone wear masks. Where does Colonel Rambo get that authority? Someone needs to remind Colonel Rambo who is -and who is not – in his chain of command.
