A startling revelation on the CDC’s politics was revealed in the December, 2021 issue of American Rifleman magazine. I enjoy the NRA’s magazine mostly because I exult reading about armed citizens prevailing over criminals who seek to do innocent people harm. I’m weird that way. I’m glad there are still Americans who refuse to be victims. They realize paying criminals $1,000 not to commit crimes (NYC Mayor deBlasio) is a blatant incentive to commit more crime. They realize a Chicago luxury car dealer – who sounds more like a Chicago gangster than a pillar of the community- uttering feckless catch-phrases (“Enough is Enough!”) and recommending “teaching the ‘kids‘ is just more ego-centric profiling having no impact at all on reforming human animals. It’s a tight race to the bottom of the well of public esteem between politicians and car dealers – especially a Chicago luxury car dealer (what was Fox thinking?). When are business owners going to wise up and start arming their employees? The Koreans have done this since the Watts riots of the ’60s and, guess what? Nobody F*&Ks with them!
The article in the NRA magazine is titled “Trust the Science?”. It documents multiple instances of the CDC’s involvement in and cooperation with the anti-Second Amendment /anti-gun movement. As is always the case, this movement is just one tentacle of the Socialist attack on the Constitution of the United States in general.
Here’s just one example: “In 1983, the CDC established its Violence Epidemiology Branch, which set forth to apply a “public-health approach” to what are more appropriately understood as criminal justice matters. Under this new rubric, firearms would be treated akin to to germs transmitting a communicable disease. …In the December 1984 issue of Science, the CDC expressed its interest in targeting gun ownership.”
I encourage you to read the entire article. It’s True and shocking to anyone who wants to remain a free American citizen. Its further proof of the degree Socialism has infected our government institutions.
Even if you don’t want to wear the hat, even if you don’t own a gun, if all you are is an American citizen concerned for your personal freedom you should support the National Rifle Association. Think of the NRA as manning the barricades and you are behind them passing up the ammunition to fight the good fight.
This article convinced me to renew my membership next month. I hope you do as well.
