I was having breakfast with two motorcyclist friends of mine at the Horseshoe Café in Benson, Arizona when Pauly “Three-Fingers” casually asked Steve and me if we had heard our Sierra Vista city council had attempted to secretly pass a resolution making our fair community a sanctuary city. We were both stunned. Although we live in Sierra Vista, a relatively small community of 45,000 only 12 linear miles from the U.S./Mexican border, we had seen little of the horde of illegal aliens swarming into our country. We were like an island in the middle of a raging river. Most of us figured there wasn’t much in our town to keep illegal aliens here – either politically or economically- so they kept on going to Tucson where the Socialist city council and Pima county board of supervisors were running the town into the ground.
Pauly heard of it in time to attend the city council meeting and related a few of the objections by irate citizens of our city. I have heard nothing about it since. But I wondered why that proposition was proposed in the first place. I don’t believe it was because voters had elected the first black mayor – surprising in itself. I knew of horror stories of members of the Sierra Vista city government embezzling funds, going on junkets and spending citizens money on expensive New York haute couture. The blonde, plasticized city employee who visited NY on a junket pitched a profane fit after being told she wouldn’t be issued a city credit card to pay for her expensive tastes. Like the other crooks, she quietly found employment elsewhere. Our city isn’t nearly large enough to have the amount of social services necessary to provide for a mob of illegal aliens. Nor do we as a community have the temperament to tolerate that kind of invasion. The Miracle Valley shoot out on October 23, 1982 proves that. Most people in Cochise County, Arizona take the Constitution seriously – especially the Second Amendment. It’s one of the reasons I retired here. The Sierra Vista City Council should remember that.
Then I heard yesterday just a snippet of news to the effect that Biden is continuing his program of offering states, cities and other municipalities millions of tax payers’ dollars if they would declare themselves sanctuary cities. That made sense. Our recently elected Sierra Vista mayor and city council were quickly infected with that beltway virus where money supersedes principle.
If Biden can get away with bribing Corporate America (WalMart, Schlotsky’s, McDonalds to name a few) to cooperate in the Great COVID Conspiracy against the American people, why not complete the cycle and bribe cities to accept illegal aliens en masse? How much more treason does the Obama-Biden crime family have to oppress the American people with before they are removed from office? The trove of direct evidence against the Biden Crime Family is more than enough to kick him out of office – if the GOP moot majority is not just virtue signaling. Let it go to the Senate! Show the American people how morally bankrupt it is!
Well, the answer is, there is no limit when we have a Congress that conspires to facilitate that oppression. I mean, how did the $6 billion get transferred to Qatar in the first place without the House of Representatives cooperation? They are the purse keepers!
And more recently, how is Biden going to give $100 million more dollars to Hamas (through Gaza and the West Bank) without the transfer going through the House of Representatives? Could it be any more plain that the Muslim loving Obama is pulling brain-bolloxed Biden’s strings to finance his Islamic agenda?
How much more treason are the American people going to tolerate from Obama-Biden, Congress…and the Sierra Vista, AZ City Council?
